Job Responsibilities
On average, complete 1 prototype in 1-2 weeks
Design and produce all art assets for the project according to the Producer's requirements, including models, particle effects, UI, textures, environments, etc.
Produce publishing art assets for the game, including the game's icon, logo, screenshots, etc.
After passing the CPI test, complete the production of the complete game within 1-2 months to meet the content requirements for scaled promotion
After the game is officially promoted, update 1 version per week and add new content
Cooperate with the creative team to produce the art assets required for the CPI video
Communicate with the Producer and Game developer about the development progress and problems encountered on a daily bases.
Job Requirement
Good English communication skills
Experience in independently producing hit hyper-casual game(s).
Used to quick prototyping
Great knowledge of Interaction Design, Interface Design, and Graphic Design principles for hyper-casual games
Understand the trendy game genres and art styles in the hyper-casual game market, and be able to create game art that players enjoy
Proficiency with 3D/2D tools such as Blender, Maya, Photoshop and Illustrator
Deep collaboration mindset, able to accept and adapt to working remotely from home and collaborate with the international team
Accountability, independence, and responsibility when given ownership over your work
